Ive been buying keeva frontals for years and they never disappoint. They last long. The knots are extremely small and lace isnt grey its the best quality hd frontal you can buy on jamaica ave. And the lady at the front desk customer service is soooo sweet and helpful. you will definitely get your money's worth!

I bought bundles of mermaid hair...I should have left after I had to ask if it was Brazilian, Peruvian or what? She said they have it in all of them?? I was confused. The customer service was good but the bundles shed? I don’t know what to call it because every time I brush the hair, the hair breaks off so bad and there is hair everywhere. It looks good but I’m sure after a month, there won’t be much left. I’ve had it for a week so we shall see. Hair is cheap though, but I doubt it will last.

From the initial call to the actual hair appointment keeva and the lady that braided my daughter’s hair was friendly and GENTLE in our head we both are tender headed and neither of us felt uncomfortable the end results was amazing the staff was very helpful considering I never did a weave or bought bundles before I will be returning

One month ago I purchased a curly lace frontal that is now almost bald & the 2 bundles of mermaid wave that tangles like crazy. However I also purchased a brazilian straight lace frontal & 2 bundles of hair & other I had to bleach it to get it to color, I have no complaints. Its the only reason I gave it 3 stars & not 1!
